Law Firm Web Design & Development
I help law firms build client-centered websites and web-based tools. A client-centered website incorporates information, resources, and tools that enhance your client service.
I’m happy to help you build a “plain old” website or collaborate with you and your marketing agency on a high-performance marketing website, but your website can do more than just help you get clients. It can also help you serve the clients you already have. That’s what I’d love to do: help you build a client-centered website that helps you get clients and serve them.
We will discuss and define your:
- Brand Identity
- Audience/Ideal Client
- Key Competitors
- Calls to Action
- Client-Centered Features
- Colors & Fonts
- Any Other Requirements
I will share my ideas for your design in the form of sketches or wireframes.
If you are ready to move forward with those ideas, we can discuss any changes and clarify design elements before you approve the design direction.
Once I have your approval to move forward, I will build your new website!
This usually takes 3–4 weeks.
I will unveil your new website design!
You can still request minor revisions, and of course the final go/no-go decision is yours.
Once we have finalized the design, I will deploy it to your live website.
I build custom websites to order, with an up-front cost for design and development and an ongoing cost if you need hosting, maintenance, and support.
I am also considering building a DIY option (use the form below to let me know if you would be interested).
For other projects, we will need to get together to talk about your ideas or the problems you are trying to solve so I can give you an estimate.
Does a do-it-yourself (with help) option sound interesting to you?
If so, please leave your email address to let me know. If I do create a DIY option, I will use your email address to let you know when it is available.
Premium websites are designed and developed to order. I will work with you to clarify your vision for your website, then build it.
The up-front cost will depend on your requirements, which we will discuss and define during our first meeting.
Ready to start building your website? Let’s talk!
My toolbox includes a deep understanding of law practice plus years of experience designing and developing websites and web-based tools and systems. Here are a few examples:
- I’ve built dozens of websites, including Lawyerist (before I left the company), Girl Skate Cos., Caveat Emptor, several law firm and small-business websites, and more.
- I designed and developed a web-based client intake system that allows third-party receptionists to qualify social security clients, including a custom integration with Clio Grow.
- I built Client Power Tools, a client portal plugin for WordPress.
- I wrote the code that powers Lawyerist’s Small Firm Scorecard.
